OPEN LETTER TO DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE & CAPE TOWN MAYOR DAN PLATO: "MY FAMILY INHERITANCE IS NOT A SERVICE DELIVERY TO BUY VOTES"

THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS reporting the News behind The News.

+300 FAMILY MEMBERS.

BUY AT THE PROMENADE, SEA POINT, THE ARTIST’s GRANDMA-INSPIRED CERAMIC ORNAMENTS

TO HELP HIM SAVE LIVES AND FIGHT FOR HIS FAMILY INHERITANCE.

Patience Mbueno, the main victim of the Cape Town Mayor Dan Plato crime, fears for his mother’s early death

“Mr. Mayor, my family inheritance is not a service delivery or a mean to buy votes from South Africans…”

“No arrest has been made yet in

the august 23rd, 2021 crime committed by the Cape Town Mayor Dan Plato, in front of Sea Point police station.”

“I cannot wait for 90 days to have this case 252/8/2021 solved in court. My mother will die... Her sister will die too. My sister will die... And my family will keep blaming me until when!”

With these words, Patience Mbueno shows us pictures of his dying mother, dying hunt, sick sister and pictures of family members recently dead since 2019.

The artist is not welcome in his country and in his own family until he brings home the inheritance of his family with what he built the two award-winning companies in South Africa that the South African Authorities have been looting and expropriate without compensation.

To give you a glimpse into Mbueno’s agony and anger, we have to take you into a trip into the artist’s country and family tradition. Yes, everyone will be fearful and angered to lose the most important people in his life when the South African Authorities keep stealing his family inheritance that is designed to save the lives of his family dying members. And death is not the only issue for the artist, sicknesses and schooling of youth too. How does this explain itself?

Patience Mbueno is an Angolan citizen. Central African countries do not have medical aid policies or funeral covers. Their ancestral wisdom has worked out things for centuries before Mbueno’s birth: Youth must look after the older and the sick ones in the family. But not just any youth, chosen and groomed ones. In every generation, wise members of the family must observe youth in the family and study them. And sometimes put them into test to see if they are fit for responsibility in the family. Only the excellent ones are selected, groomed, and entrusted with family responsibilities gradually with time.

Patience Mbueno was such a kid, selected from his infancy to take care of family business. Tested and approved times and again. Down to South Africa, the Artist did not only bring with him the inheritance of his family in terms of cash to grow with a purpose to assist more members of his family but also came down with sensitive documents of his family that can lead to his +300 family members and future generations after him lose their ancestral lands. These are the very stuffs the South African Authorities, from Dan Plato to President Jacob Zuma and individuals like Mark Kleynhans and many more thieves that are not going to be named here continue to steal from him in form of extortion and government perfectly orchestrated looting.

It has been since 2009, Patience Mbueno decided to take his family inheritance back home but from the Union Building to Dan Plato and all other South African thieves would not allow him to do so.

It has been 68 days since the criminal Mayor sent his troops with particular instructions of crime committed in front of the Sea Point police station; and yet, no arrest has been made yet up to date. He is a notorious criminal that frequently violates both Human Rights and the constitution of the land. The regular phrase in the media that identifies him as a criminal, reads as follow: “The City has yet lost another case in court.  Who loses cases in court of law if he is not criminal? Does he even read the constitution of the country or the 30 Human Rights by the United Nations before he acts?

Ironically, The Democratic Alliance which is the criminal Mayor’s political Party, regularly criticizes the ANC for the same thing they are doing in the Western Cape. There is an interesting video the DA put together that is circulating in the social media. It partially reflects accurately why South Africa is no longer investable. It gives a vivid image of terrified foreign investors in the world who do not even dare to consider investing in South Africa. But the video accuses only the ANC Authorities to have this bad mentality toward foreign investors and their businesses. It blames nothing on the DA and its members.

The video calls Black Empowerment, theft; over regulated laws, theft; C.R.T forced on investors, theft; diversity, theft; E.W.C, E.S.G and expropriation without compensation as theft. Is not Dan Plato from the DA? Am I not a foreigner who has invested his family inheritance in this country? Has not Dan Plato expropriated my family inheritance on August 23rd, 2021 to hand it to homeless South Africans without compensation in front of the Sea Point police station and no arrest has been made? If expropriation without compensation is theft, is not Dan Plato a thief? How many foreigners’ businesses have been looted in Cape Town without justice, compensation or arrest? Is this, the way the DA is planning to attract foreign investors?

It is good to note that the DA talks against those things only when they affect white investors. Black foreign investors are not included. That is why black foreign investor business-looting is not viewed as crime even when it happens in front of the police station and in the presence of Law Enforcement officers like in the case of Patience Mbueno; no arrest must be made and Law Enforcement must not try to stop the crime or prevent it to happen because it is not a crime but service delivery to South Africans. the picture below taken from 2008 Government-orchestrated looting of foreign National-businesses depicts Metro Police Officers peacefully walking away while the looting is happening in foreigners’ businesses.

expropriation without compensation

I would believe according to the DA interpretation of the law and Human Rights, this looting of foreigners’ goods and Dan Plato’s looting of my goods in August 23rd, 2021 do not qualify as crime but government service to the people of South Africa.

How many times businesses of foreigners have been looted in Western Cape run by the DA prior to Mbueno’s case? Has anyone been arrested? Are foreigners’ cases taken seriously? No, Dan Plato what he organized against my property will be one of them; case ignored and denied justice to[PM1] .

By looting foreign National business, short sighted Mayor running the City of Cape Town and blind but not so blind South African authorities running the country, disrupt not only the lives of the foreigners but also lives of the South Africans employed by the foreign entrepreneurs.

If the foreign investors that are trapped in South Africa are mistreated in this regular basis, why would the foreign investors that are still abroad would think to come to Cape Town for their properties to be expropriated in front of the Sea Point police station by the criminal Mayor of Cape Town?

This sculpture of the current Angolan President cannot finish because Dan Plato stole the Artist’s cash to hand to homeless South Africans.

Voice of the Voiceless News has been doing their part to share the truth hidden by the regular media in events related to bad treatment of foreigners in South Africa. Here, justice and true media coverage in foreigners’ cases are a distant dream that might not see the day. Legal aid would never provide an Attorney to foreigners.

When the mainstream media drops the key points of the criminal activities of South African Authorities or ignore completely the voice of voiceless foreigners in South Africa, foreign investors or foreign business owners are robbed during daylight in all directions without justice and no true media coverage. These foreigners and business owners are scapegoats of all the government failures in South Africa. Their property is viewed by the South African Government Authorities as goods to expropriate and donate to South Africans by means of xenophobic orchestrated looting, organized robbery and extortion of their belongings that will never see justice. This frequent act is seen as service delivery to their people to earn votes.

The strength of the economy of the country is build and sustained by small and medium businesses. The local currency, Rand is strengthened by export. poverty is alleviated by job creation and skills development. Foreigners, business-owners in South Africa do both those things but are constantly robbed by South African Authorities.

When the entire community of foreign investors abroad are courteous to invest in South Africa, those already inside South Africa are so trapped in the country that local Authorities do not allow them to go back home with their own property. Both the ANC and The DA have no respect of Article 17 of Universal Human Rights. until they lose everything and go home empty-handed.

It is this time again when politicians buy votes in South Africa! Election time! This is true of Patience Mbueno, a community skill developer of 11 years in South Africa, writer, two company-owner, Exporter of the Year Award-Winner, a successful artist made homeless by South African Authorities; is victim again. This time, he is a victim of the Democratic Alliance Mayor Dan Plato who is trying to buy votes for his political Party DA by unconstitutionally bulling homeless people in the street in general and in particular, he xenophobically orchestrated the looting of Patience Mbueno’s tent in front of the Sea Point police station without arrest while the Law Enforcement officers he sent peacefully took close-range photographs of the crime instead of stopping the crime they caused in the first place by conducting their operation.

This breath-taking sculpture of Nelson Mandela was kept and protected by Colonel Englebrecht of the Sea Point police station to not get looted

When the boss is a criminal, who investigates the boss? When the boss controls even the media in Western Cape, who investigates the media? Power corrupts, absolute power of the DA in Western Cape is corrupting the justice system and the media absolutely. The Democratic Alliance local government has just made even the Sea Point police station unsafe. They are the smooth criminals of the province. How possible can crime happen during the day, in front of the sea point police station with Law Enforcement Officers taking close-range footage on the operation run by themselves under the direction of the Mayor, and no arrest has been made, nothing recovered, and the truth hidden and the news in the media is controlled and misguided?

“There were +R 500,000.00 worth artworks, tools and more in the tent with ceramic ornaments half priced. R 351,588.00 valued artworks, tools, MacBook, bronze sculpture of Nelson Mandela … were looted in front of the Sea Point police station under the xenophobic instigated operation ordered by Mayor Dan Plato on August 23rd, 2021; executed by heavily armored Law Enforcement who took close-range pictures of the ongoing crime and Constable GP Hendricks of Metro Police had filmed the whole scene from the beginning to the end but the footage are nowhere to be seen: no arrest was made until now. what are they hiding?”

As mentioned before Patience Mbueno who funded his two award-winning companies in South Africa with his family inheritance has been in the country as a resident since 1996. He is not welcome in his homeland and in his own family until he brings back home the family inheritance handed to him gradually since his infancy. His family expends across the borders. He has been successful in South Africa since 1996 when he started his professional artistic career in Cape Town as a hobby. After his serious exports in 2001 after the “World Summit for Sustainability” that took place in Johannesburg, where the Angolan represented South Africa in this world event, the Artist export skyrocketed that he decided to register his first company, the export award-winning PATIENCE VISION OF AFRICAN ART in 2004 with The South African Department of Trade and Industry Cipro and as an Exporter and Importer and tax-payer with SARS.

Since the 2006 harsh and unreasonable decision of the South African Government Authorities to close bank accounts of foreigners in South Africa; the Artist, Manufacturer and Award-Winning Exporter had struggled going bank to bank to plea reopen his bank accounts or open new ones. 2006 was a very expensive year in Mbueno’s life. South Africa earned the right to host the massive economic boost 2010 Soccer World Cup, which intrigued heavy spending of new equipment, increased raw materials purchase in volume, and besides all of that; the Artist was told by the South African Parliament to move to Gauteng in 2006 to alleviate poverty, fight crime and create job opportunities to the poorest of the poor in the province.  Moving all his company equipment from Cape Town to Johannesburg from his own pocket was a very costly thing.

The artist was inspired by his late father to come to South Africa to train skills to his brothers, victims of Apartheid regime. Like many of his countrymen did, Mbueno’s father died protecting South African freedom fighters who not only flooded his country but were also a cause of the South African National Defense Force under Apartheid to cross the Angolan borders, destroying his homeland and plant landmines that continues to dismember limbs of his people until today.

When the Mayor robs the artist’s cash and used it as service delivery to buy votes, artworks cannot be finished.

In seeking to contribute into the solution to repair one of the greatest disasters of his lifetime, namely Apartheid and the fulfillment of his childhood dream as a respected manufacturer, Mbueno came to South Africa first in 1993 then went back home after testing the waters. In 1996, the artist came back and established himself in Cape Town then moved to Gauteng in 2006 to train skills to poorest of the poor from SOWETO to Orange Farm.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly."
